Increasingly, the fresh produce supply chain is required to demonstrate its environmental credentials whilst maintaining high quality and competitive prices. An understanding of sustainable practices is required throughout the supply-chain. This course is aimed at technologists and decision-makers in fresh produce supplier companies who have a responsibility for ensuring, or reporting on the environmental sustainability of production systems.
